Is this an official testing center?
We provide independent professional proctoring services. Candidates are responsible for confirming that their institution or testing provider accepts third-party proctoring.
How do I schedule an exam?
Appointments must be schedule through the online booking form: https://tally.so/r/Y5dvvB . Exams are not confirmed until all required information is submitted and payment is received.
What forms of identification are required?
A valid, government issued photo ID is required for any exam and must match the name on the registration. Additional verification procedures may apply depending on exam provider requirement.
What should I bring on exam day?
Approved Identification
Exam authorization details (If applicable)
Required login credentials
Any permitted materials specified by the exam provider
Personal belongings may be stored securely during testing.
What if my exam requires specific proctor instructions?
Most institutions provide written proctor instructions/ These should be submitted in advance to ensure proper compliance with exam policies.
Can I take certification exams like Pearson, ETS, or other vendor exams?
Some testing providers require exams to be taken at approved centers. Candidates must verify eligibility with provider before scheduling with Certified Exam Solutions.
Is the testing environment private and quiet?
Yes. Testing is conducted in a controlled, distraction-minimized environment designed to support focus and exam integrity.
What happens If I am late?
Candidates are allowed to arrive up to 30 minutes late for an exam, and agree that the exam must be completed by its original scheduled time. Any late arrival beyond 30 minutes will be cancelled.
Can I reschedule my exam?
Rescheduling is permitted with adequate notice. Late changes may incur a fee. Please review the cancellation policy on the Pricing Page.
What if my internet connection fails during a remote exam?
We follow provider-specific procedures for technical interruptions. Candidates are responsible for ensuring their testing environment meets technical requirements.
Are exams recorded?
Recording may be used when required or permitted by the exam provider. Candidates will always be notified if recording is a part of the proctoring process.
How early should I book?
It is recommended to schedule at least 48-72 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Can institutions or instructors book exams directly?
Yes. Institutions may coordinate testing services for individuals or small group exams. Custom arrangements and billing options are available.
