Scope of Services

Certified Exam Solutions provides independent testing support, consultation, and proctoring-related services to students, professionals, and institutions.

We are not affiliated with any testing agency, university, certification body, or licensing organization unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Our services are designed to support:

  • Testing logistics preparation

  • Accommodation navigation guidance

  • Remote proctoring readiness

  • Exam environment preparation

  • Compliance consultation

  • General academic testing support

We do not influence exam content, scoring, or outcomes.

Academic Integrity & Ethical Use

Certified Exam Solutions strictly adheres to academic integrity standards.

We do not provide:

  • Assistance with cheating or exam misconduct

  • Test answers, exam content, or unauthorized materials

  • Identity substitution or impersonation

  • Unauthorized communication during exams

Any request violating academic or professional integrity policies will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Accommodation Guidance Disclaimer

We provide guidance based on professional experience and regulations in testing environments.

However:

  • We do not determine eligibility for accommodations

  • We do not issue medical or psychological documentation

  • Final accommodation decisions are made by the relevant institution or testing body

Clients are responsible for submitting required documentation and following official procedures.

Booking & Payment Policy

All sessions must be paid in full prior to service delivery.

Accepted payment methods will be specified at booking.

Booking confirmation is only secured once payment is received.

Same-day or expedited services may incur additional fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made:

  • More than 24 hours before session → eligible for reschedule or credit

  • Less than 24 hours before session → non-refundable

  • No-shows → non-refundable

Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all clients.

Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed except:

  • When required by law

  • When necessary to prevent academic misconduct

  • With explicit written client permission

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials shared do not violate institutional policies.

Testing Environment Responsibility

Clients utilizing remote or physical testing support services are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with their institution’s testing policies

  • Maintaining required technology and connectivity standards

  • Providing accurate information regarding exam requirements

Certified Exam Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Institutional policy changes

  • Technical failures outside our control

  • Testing platform outages

  • Denied accommodations or exam eligibility decisions

Limitation of Liability

Certified Exam Solutions provides support services only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Exam outcomes

  • Accommodation approvals

  • Institutional decisions

  • Certification results

By engaging services, clients acknowledge that final responsibility for testing compliance and performance rests with them.

Professional Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Requests for unethical or illegal assistance

  • Misrepresentation of exam requirements

  • Failure to follow agreed procedures

Updates to Policies

Policies may be updated periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
